Day 4 turned out to be harder than day 3, but I think that once again it was just in my mind, and not actually a physical hunger.
I got up and had my sea water flush, which kept me at the house for about 30 minutes longer than I’d planned. But it gave me time to tidy some things up too.
I really felt like I was coming down with a cold, and on top of that the usual cramps and stuff from PMS. Anyway, I went to see María Luisa at the salón, and had my nails done, as well as getting waxed and having a facial.
When I got home I was feeling very tired (not sure if that was the PMS or just from being so relaxed after the quiet morning doing nothing). But I made the most of the afternoon, by sleeping it all away. I got up at about 7.00 p.m., feeling much better for it all.
So, I had some more lemonade and water to drink, made myself a mint tea, and then watched TV.
ok – so that torture you mentioned … i’m feeling it just reading this stuff! I’m sure it’ll be worth it though … AND, loving all your new assistants – you go woman!
