Today was day 1 of the lemonade diet. For information about it have a look at: http://thelemonadediet.com/ or http://www.yestheyrefake.net/lemonade_diet_cleanse_journal.htm (which is much more interesting).
Anyway, I’m going to try it for 10 days. If I can make it that long.

Other than that, it was a pretty good day. I forgot to take the tea last night, but the salt water flush is DEFINITELY a flush. And it doesn’t take 2 hours to work. It’s almost immediate results. And for me, it was all over and done with in about 20 minutes. Nothing more since then. But lots and lots of #1. I’m not sure if that’s the 2 litres of lemonade I’ve drunk today or the additional litre of water, or the cup of mint tea.
I have to say, the mint tea made for a very nice change in the middle of it all.
Well – at 7.26 p.m. I’m dying to get home and cheat on the diet and eat something. anything. I’ve read about the cravings, but the reality is that it is all in my mind. My stomach is not actually hungry. But I just can’t stop thinking about food.
